The cadets trained within this program are part of the highly competitive Air France Cadet Program, a fully airline-sponsored pathway designed to identify and develop the next generation of Air France pilots. Training the Next Generation of Air France Pilots

For the 2026 training cycle, AELO will train two groups of 12 Air France cadets at its Cuneo base.
For 2027, the program is planned to expand to three groups of 12 Air France cadets.
The selection of AELO to participate in the training of Air France cadets represents an important milestone in the academy’s continued development within the European airline training ecosystem and reflects the trust placed in AELO’s operational standards, reliability, and training philosophy by some of the most demanding organizations in European aviation.

The Air France cadet program is one of several strategic airline partnerships that reinforce AELO’s position as a leading European aviation academy. AELO is also trusted by SWISS International Air Lines for the flight training of cadets enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Aviation program at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), operates the SkyAlps MPL Program, and collaborates with multiple airline and training partners across Europe.
